Power Moves

This class will challenge your fitness levels. It is a high intensity total body conditioning workout that is a mixture of dancing, weight training and circuit training. It is supposed to be a very high intense class.
(burn approx 600 calories).

Intense N Groove
This is a great way to keep fit, and have lot of fun! It is combination of power moves and dance-a-cise. Tap to rhythm of music, building stamina, flexibility and toning your body. Whether you are young or old, male or female will get you in best shape of your life. (burn approx 500 calories).
Personal Training (Gym)
A single session experience including an assisted stretch and your choice of full body or specific body part program. We have a compact separate studio for this session, providing you with one to one instructions with a personal trainer to help motivate you whilst training and guide you towards achieving your personal goals.
Spinning
This is a fun way to stay in shape, combining both the elements of cycling with the enjoyment of a fitness class. It offers high and low intensity levels and different variations of positions and movements thus making it suitable for all fitness levels.
Dance-A-Cise
Get ready to groove! This class is a fun dance workout for all levels that teaches the latest dance moves and provides a great aerobic workout. A mixture of strength, fitness and stability for all those who love to move.
'Expanse' Training For Kids
A fun way of tapping into potential of young minds and budding artists. At SDWM, each child is considered on artist and so this class is aimed to make them spread their wings and fly, to overcome shyness and gain confidence. 'Expanse' training is a complete program that targets minds and body by the use of various forms like dance, kick-boxing, free hand exercises and action exercise like running, skipping etc. We also offer individual training for this programme.
Belly Dancing
We Train in Belly Dancing, it is something of a misnomer as every part of the body is involved in the dance; the most featured body part is usually the hips.
Salsa
Salsa is normally a partner dance, although there are forms such as a line dance form "Salsa suelta" where the dancers dance individually and a round dance form "Rueda de Casino" where multiple couples exchange partners in a circle. Salsa can be improvised or performed with a set routine.
Kick Boxing
Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate,  Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
Boot – Camp
A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.
TRX Training
Suspension training refers to an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight.
